This website is operated by Decignal Technologies.
Information collected
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, work email, company, the process you describe and, if you add them, the systems you use. Our host keeps standard request logs. A short-lived setting in your browser stops the introduction from playing twice.
How information is used
To reply to your enquiry, arrange the call and prepare for it. We do not use enquiry details for anything else and we do not sell them.
Services that handle information
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet the Decignal team controls, through a Google Apps Script web app. The site is hosted on Railway. We reply through our business email provider. This website does not run analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. To ask for deletion, use the enquiry form on this website.
Questions and requests
To see, correct or delete your details, use the enquiry form on this website. We will confirm when the request is complete.
Changes to this notice
We publish any update on this page with a new effective date.
